近年来中俄两国在科技创新领域的合作发展非常迅速。2019年6月，习近平主席对俄罗斯进行国事访问，两国元首共同签署联合声明，宣布将两国关系提升为“新时代全面战略协作伙伴关系”，并将2020、2021年确定为“中俄科技创新年”。这是两国首次以“科技创新”为主题举办国家年活动。

作为“中俄科技创新年”的系列活动之一，2020中俄创新合作周暨第二届中俄创新创业大赛，由北京国际交流协会与莫斯科罗蒙诺索夫国立大学科技园共同主办发起，面向俄罗斯前沿的人工智能、机器人技术、生物（食品）技术三大领域，计划征集120个项目，经过初赛遴选后，筛选出总计18项进入决赛（单个领域控制在6个项目内），入选决赛的项目通过线上视频的形式决出冠亚季军，助力科技创新合作成为中俄两国关系发展的主线。

The bilateral innovation cooperation between China and Russia has developed rapidly in recent years. In June 2019, President Xi paid a state visit to Russia. The two heads of state signed a joint statement announcing that the bilateral relationship between China and Russia will be upgraded to “New Era Comprehensive Strategic Collaboration Partnership”, China and Russia also decided that 2020 and 2021 will be held as “Russia-China Innovation Year”. This is the first time that the two countries have organized a national year event with the theme of "technological innovation".

As an important activity of “Russia-China Innovation Year”, the “2020 China-Russia Innovation Cooperation Week” and the 2nd “China-Russia Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition” were co-sponsored by the Beijing International Exchange Association and the Lomonosov Moscow State University Science Park. The competition will be facing the field of artificial intelligence, robot technology, and biological (food) technology, it plans to recruit 120 projects. After the preliminary selection, 18 items will be selected for the final (a single field is controlled within 6 projects). Since the outbreak of COVID-19, the competition will be held online, we hope this competition will help technological innovation cooperation become the main line in China-Russia relations.

03为在华科技园区提供落地项目；

Provide landing projects for the science parks in China

04助推中俄高层次科技人文交流；

Promote the exchanges of high-level scientific and technological personnel and start-up youngsters between China and Russia
